The chasm just about killed me. Out of nowhere: a giant chasm! What ELSE could top the poisonous gas cloud stalking them? I did enjoy the chasm jumping, though, if only for the Ootomo/Nishi interaction (hello, secondary OTP).
And after all the work to save Asami before, Misaki gets internal injuries and just GOES - just like that?!
Yes! That got to me, too. Asami's injury is a big deal that calls for two episodes, and Misaki's death takes place in a few minutes. I didn't cry, either, because Asami loosing Misaki at that point was just too cruel to be real.
We need to know that those connections were reformed in some magical destined way!
I want fic to address exactly that. I had vague plans to write LLL fic, but got distracted by. . . hmm, Love Shuffle, I believe. Someday, I'll rewatch the series again and tackle some of the issues I had with it.
Despite the series' flaws, did you enjoy it overall?
