I do not feel so good. Does anyone else ever get random days when they just feel down and teary all day? I must get those a few times in a month. Nothing in particular sparks it or anything, I just feel generally ick.

I wish none of us had to get that way.

I'm doing what I often do - shutting myself in a room, turning off the lights and watching a dvd of one of my favourite bands play all my favourite music. It helps :)
