Me, five minutes ago, watching CM 4.23 part five, which was not uploaded with the other four parts last week:
...OMG! HOTCH! *mouth literally hangs open*
OMG! GARCIA! YOUSOBADIT'SGOOD!
Okay, if only I had waited and watched it as a whole episode all together. I will never watch an unfinished episode again!

*searches for episode 4.24, this week's episode*

Me: Ooooh, it affects a member of the team; it gets personal! I MUST WATCH!

If you're prepared to watch it on YouTube; that's what I do :) We've got it playing here on TV now but it's many episodes behind. With Youtube I get to see the episode hours after it's been on in the USA :) Just search "SSAUNSUB" - that girl is a GODDESS for uploading the eps!
