Aims today:
- Rewatch episode 10 of Black & White to remind myself where I left off.
- Watch at least one more episode.
Results:
- Black & White, Episode 10: When I started to watch episode 10 I knew what was going to happen immediately. The character names are harder to recall than the plot! Chen Zai Tian has found the burger-joint girl who saved him, and goes to meet with her again but the place she works at is the target of an explosion. Chen Lin and Wu Ying Xiong are there for him afterwards, but they are having issues and I can't remember why. It's quite a mess between Zai Tian, Ying Xiong, Chen Lin and the woman who works at the police lab whose name I can't remember. I also think I only watched about half of this episode before giving up; it was a lot to download and I was streaming it instead and got of sick of the hosting sites going down that I gave up on the show. I hope it doesn't happen again!
Zai Tian is in shock and grieving, and I understand that's going to take some time, but I can't help wondering when he is going to realise that the place was made a target on purpose, for a reason. Meanwhile he's being investigated and people have discovered his identity only goes back three years.
There's definitely a fair bit I've forgotten, this Independant Army or whatever it was, and that shooting on the roof happened around Zai Tian I think (the woman who was shot, her name was Lin Ke Le), and there's a gun missing from evidence that was kept in the lab.
And we end on a flashback that right now makes no sense to me! XD But from the previews for the next episode it seems it might get some explanations, just in time.
So, I intended to continue on with Black & White but my internet has been playing me up all day practically (when I've been around at least!) and I can't stream it, let alone download it, so I decided to count "one more episode" as any other series I need to get watching. So I'm continuing on with Wang Qiu Wang Zi.
- Wang Qiu Wang Zi Season 2, Episode 5: Oh gosh, Da Shi is pretty when he's all tired and sweaty :x I so didn't need a refresher to get back into this, I know the Prince of Tennis plots off by heart XD This is against Xiang Nan, the school equivelent to Jyousei Shounan in the anime. Although there's the added level of making the coach for that team a old rival of Qing Xue's coach.
I wish they'd watch the continuity here; the team members seem to have switched seats three times in a row during this one match XD It is musical chairs?
Man, I miss the anime where Inui gets to stand and make ominous comments and then Fuji agrees with more ominous replies, and then Inui explains all the technical babble and they're like two gossiping wives, but with tennis XD There isn't enough of that in this series!
Guo Guang! So it's one of those silly end scenes, "Secrets of Qing Xue' or whatever. He's still hot XD
Now, I would intend to watch more since there's two more hours left of today, but I need a Prince of Tennis anime fix ;D
