In the 20.5 and 40.5 profiles there's information; Yanagi has two elementary schools listed (but there's no solid way to know which year he left, unless Inui mentions it in canon perhaps?) And also that Yanagi and Sanada are put into the same class in the first year of junior high (so they'd meet one another before anyone else).
