What's Up Ep1 character ramblings

emothyI stayed up and watched the first ep of What's Up and OMG I LOVE EVERYONE. (No screencaps because I watched streams and they are really not fun to go back and find screencaps for).
Jae-Hun is a rat bastard con-artist little *shit* who I don't really like at all, except for the scene when he walks into his musical theatre audition (after completely honestly asking two other people "...what's a musical?"), goes up to the guy playing the music for everyone and proceeds to act like they're in on this together, dude, you're supposed to be rigging this audition for me, you said you would! And when questioned by the HBIC (Kim Mi-Sook AKA BA-SON IN LEGEND <3333333) about it says, "dude I thought you loved me," only to crack a smirk at the poor dude's horrified face (HE HAS NEVER EVEN MET JAE-HUN BEFORE) and says, "oh that was improv, did you like it? :D"
HADES. HADES aka Do-Sung but HE IS HADES. OR WAS HADES. UNTIL HIS MOMMY ISSUES KILLED HIS ENTIRE AMAZING STAGE PERSONA. Ohmygod it was so over the top and amazing. With his growling voice and dark lyrics! SEE HADES' BIG GIMMICK IS THAT NO-ONE HAS EVER SEEN HIS FACE. Until some photographer happens to snap him in his dressing room during a break in his first ever concert, and then Hades has to go out and declare at the end that "HADES IS DEAD!" But in reality ohmygod he's just the most adorable little thing, he has this tiny little voice and mommy issues bigger than IDEK. WE DON'T LIKE MOMMY AT ALL.
Tae-Hee! Tae-hee is the adorable girl in the goofy wooly hat with the earmuffs worn over it. She is tiny and pixie-like and she was totally having an imaginary conversation with her recently deceased father on the train because she was freaking out about whether she was on the right train going in the right direction. TAE-HEE, MY HEART. She also completely loses her way on campus trying to get to her audition, bursts into tears about it, and then later chirpily tries to befriend Do-Sung who really doesn't know what the fuck to do with this cute little thing but warms to her just in time for her to flit off out the door pleased about her audition!
There's also Byung-Gun who was nervous but fairly cute (and he got this "omg I just saw a heavenly angel" moment with a pretty girl, that was hilarious XD), Doo-Ri with a really annoying stage mother I hope we never have to see again - this poor girl is definitely sick to death of being told how to do it all by her mother who is living through her daughter, and Chae-Young the ten-year veteran actress who apparently wants to go back to school to learn musical theatre, "because just going into a musical on the strength of her reputation would be an insult to the people who've worked hard to be in musical theatre all their lives". IS SHE LYING, OR IS THIS THE TRUTH? IT SEEMS TOO EASY.
I napped earlier, I think I can go for ep2 right now XD
ohmygosh Byung-Gun is so adorable, because apparently his nerves weren't entirely because of the audition. HE IS QUITE A BUMBLING CUTIE WITH A SNIPPY ATTITUDE. AND HE VERY STUPIDLY JUST INSULTED HIS NEW ROOMAMTE, TALL, DARK AND BROODING (aka Soo-Bin). Who did purposely act like he wasn't his roommate, just to throw the poor guy off, come on dude that's just not fair. He's not a total dick though, because he doesn't punish Byung-Gun for it. He's one of these strong, silent types XD
DOO-RI GETS INTO HER DORM ROOM AND PROMPTLY CUTS ALL HER HAIR OFF INTO A FUNKY CHOPPY BOB. SCORE ONE FOR REBELLING AGAINST MOMMY? XD
Oh God Jae-Hun is just losing iiiiiiiiiiit. He doesn't even know that the guy died in the accident and yet this is how much pent up guilt he's got, just from thinking he inadvertently injured a guy. THIS COMING FROM A CON ARTIST WHO REGULARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF DRUNK MEN AND STOLE THEIR WALLETS. He just threw around lots of things in the gym.
ALSO TALL, DARK AND BROODY SLEEPS WITH AN EYEMASK ON. CAN I GET A LOL.
And Byung-Gun has a strawberry shaped alarm clock or something XD

Wow, Soo-Bin is famous. Famous enough for Chae-Young to outright flirt with, too! Tall, dark, brooding AND famous. MINE PLEASE.
...I think ...I think the dude who just alked in with the shopping trolley full of random stuff might be their teacher. WILL HAVE TO SEE NEXT EPISODE.
