Oh LETS talk about Misaki's death! I mean how many times did this series just dare to make you think x-character would die? And yet we got to the point where they were jumping the chasm (especially Ootomo and Nishi, and Asami) and I just thought, "of COURSE they're going to get over; if they wanted to kill anyone off they would've just had them be STANDING ON THE RIFT."
And after all the work to save Asami before, Misaki gets internal injuries and just GOES - just like that?! I have to say though, that bit didn't make me cry. I didn't actually believe she was DEAD at first, I was sitting there making sure everyone was going to react, that she hadn't just gone unconscious. Somehow, it wasn't until Sho admitted he couldn't give up on Kaoru that I crumbled.
I will spend a lot of time thinking about ways to make those kids interact again; I mean Ootomo and Nishi were quite cute after all XD We need to know that those connections were reformed in some magical destined way!
