OH MY GOD.
HELLO OTP MOMENT, AGAIN. Episode 6: you're the best!
...It was already getting fabulous enough, what with the double team against Zhen Zhi and then all the fumbling around stupid boys who can't interact or be social (omg hilarious), but NOW?!
"Old injury acting up?"
...Wow, Zhou Zhu didn't stop holding Guo Guang's bad elbow for a really long time there. And I can't even take offence at him calling Zhou Zhu stupid for not keeping an eye out, because he trusts him to actually go with him. I assumed it was hospital at first, until he came out with a bag and I realised it was for medicine - probably painkillers or anti-inflammatory or something.
I could probably rewatch this story told a thousand different ways. I've watched the anime, read the manga. To be fair I haven't watched the jdrama, though I did start. I'd still like to see it with a wider cast, more girls involved. A girls team capable of good tennis also. Maybe some mixed doubles ;D
Mostly I just think certain people would be allowed to get together onscreen were they straight relationships. Which is sad but rather true. I'm curious to see whose relationships would translate that way in the writing, and how easy it would be.
