bad followed by very good

Made myself stay up last night, had a bath so I wouldn't fall asleep randomly in the evening, and ended up going to bed early instead. After watching PMK 23. Omg.

So today this stupid bitch from Claire's Accessories came to demand a refund on something she sent one of her UNDERLINGS to buy for her, didn't ask the price of, paid it and left, and then went off on one about how LEGALLY we should stand and inform every customer just what it says on all the signs posted around the tills; that refunds are given on FAULTY GOODS ONLY. Look, most of our conversations go like this, "that's a pound please, thanks, bye!" We can't fit a "sorry these items are non-refundable except if they are faulty and brought back with a valid receipt for the shop". And do we have to say it for EVERYTHING, like food and pet food too? Or just items that can be considered faulty, like electronics, and chipped/bropken storage boxes?

Yeah so she got pissy at me and spouted legal mumbo-jumbo and I just walked off and got my mum and ended up really upset, so my mum treated her like the bitch she was ;)

BUT it's all okay, it's all fine because MY VNV NATION ALBUM CAME TODAY MUHAHAHAHA. HAPPY!
