Oh god. I don't know if I'm crying because my dad is talking about his mum, my nan; the one who died, or mum's parents and how she's going to fall apart when one of them dies, or just because that's the first time I've ever heard him compliment her, just say something so nice about her to someone else, in a serious conversation.

He just told Bob that mum's the strong one in their relationship, who holds everything together. But that she hasn't gone through what he has; because both her parents are still alive.
