How do I explain when I just want to disppear without goodbyes or warning? When I suddenly get in a mood where I want to be alone and not socialising anymore? What can you say to people when you're talking to them online?

Nothing really, so you just sit and say nothing and nurse your headache in silence, have some people shut up, and others go on and on...
