Okay, now for seriousness: He, or well, the costume director, has a huge thing for really... out there colors and patterns. I mean, leopard print?! And the bright blue (in a trench coat!) The red isn't too bad but shouldn't trench coats be kind of... classic? :x
Maybe they put him in so many different outfits because she has to stay in one dress.
