Heh, why is it that when you say you don't want to talk about something you often end up ranting about it to whoever pushes you enough and offers to listen, and yet when there are things you actually might like to talk about, you just can't find the words?

Maybe Rikkai in general was trying to get in to somewhere, and so they sent Niou and Yagyuu out to scout. And Niou killed people, because he was the one who was dealing with people, whereas Yagyuu was scouting terrarin. And Niou killed them to makr what places would give in and what places would oppose them. Or something.
