Dear God, I hope one day I get over my phone phobia. I think the woman on the other end must've thought I was about to burst into tears multiple times. I just can't keep a hold over myself when doing 'official' enquiries and things.

Still, she was lovely and helpful and reassuring and said nothing was my fault, so I feel better. Amazon continues to be the best place to buy stuff, and good people to deal with.
